What is the Peregrine Protocol?

It’s a bespoke creative strategy experience based on Anastasia’s singular framework and decades of working closely with highly successful artists, executives and thought leaders. We will identify your true goals, surface any blockages, and connect unlikely dots. We ground this work in the primal impulses to play, create, and feel and then utilize the senses, the intellect and the spirit to craft an integrated structure of action and inspiration.

How long does it take?

The process requires 6-18 hours depending on your willingness, your timeline, and schedule alignment. The Protocol unfolds in 3 phases:

• Approach: Alignment interview + self-assessment (1-6 hours)

• Deep Dive: 1 creative strategy session (4–6 hours)

• Landing: 1–3 integration sessions in which we turn revelations into actions (1-6 hours)

Is this coaching?

I do not coach. I catalyze, clarify and sometimes, when, co-create. Think of me as a dream doula, a thought partner or a creative midwife. If you are willing, I can help you challenge convention, cut through the noise, and birth a vision that is authentic to you.

Why “Peregrine”?

The peregrine falcon is the fastest animal on Earth, a bird that seeks its targets with fierce clarity, intuition, and fearlessness. More importantly,, to be peregrine, is to be foreign, other, a stranger in a strange land. Once you emerge from this process, your new perspective will feel peregrine in your old world and the next chapter will feel like coming home. 

Why does it work?

World-altering ideas do not seem sane at first. In order to pursue them, leaders need a deeply felt connection with their Why and the beliefs, motivation and support needed overcome a tsunami of obstacles. They also need to enlist the right people in those beliefs. The Peregrine points straight at those beliefs and brings them to the surface.

What will I get?
